How long will it take to see results?
We recommend to start taking a fertility supplement up to 90 days before planned pregnancy and to continue taking daily as required or as advised by your healthcare professional.
FOR WOMEN: If you're planning to have a baby, it's recommended to take folic acid for two to three months before you conceive. This allows it to build up in your body to a level that gives the most protection to your future baby against neural tube defects.
FOR MEN: A full sperm regeneration cycle (spermatogenesis) can take between 60 and 90 days.
Can I Take Bud Fertility Formulas if preparing for assisted reproduction / IVF?
Yes, our fertility formulas can help prepare your body by providing valuable nutritional support.
If you are uncertain we do recommend that you check with your practitioner or consultant as they may have specific advice for you.
Can I use your products if I’m on other medications?
If you are taking any prescription medication we recommend that you check with your doctor before starting any new supplements to check there are no contraindications.
Is it safe to take Bud when I become pregnant?
Bud supplements are completely safe to take during early pregnancy and provide the recommended quantity of folic acid (as naturally occurring folate) advised to be taken for the first 12 weeks of pregnancy.
However, as Bud Fertility Formulas have been developed to help assist conception it is best used for pre-pregnancy and early pregnancy. When ready, we recommend that you swap to a supplement formulated specifically for pregnancy.
Are your products vegetarian and vegan?
All our formulas are 100% plant-based and approved and certified vegan by The Vegan Society.

Are your products gluten free?
Yes, although our products are not certified gluten free, they are free from ingredients that contain gluten.
Are your products non-GMO?
Yes, all of our products are non-GMO.
What do you use to flavour Bud products?
All our products are completely free from any flavourings. This means no sugars, sweeteners on any artificial additives.
Instead we use innovative aroma-taste technology by including a scented sachet with all our products.
The natural ingredients used in supplements can sometimes have a strong smell. Our scent sachets help to counteract this by creating a fresh scent upon opening. This also takes advantage of how the brain perceives aroma as taste, meaning the flavour of our supplements are enhanced without the need for flavour additives.
The sachets are all-Natural, Organic, Food Grade, Non-GMO, Vegan, Kosher and Halal certified.
Despite the sachets being non-toxic and safe if accidentally swollowed, please do not eat the sachet. Do keep the sachet in your packet to keep enjoying the benefits.
Might I be allergic to ingredients in your formulas?
Our products are free from all common allergens.
As such, allergic reactions are unlikely, however please check ingredients carefully if you have specific allergies.
Our formulas are dairy-free, gluten-free*, soy-free and free from GMO ingredients.
